Meet Ollie: Your Certified Behavior Coach & Dog Advocate

Ollie smiling and squatting behind his white husky dog, Dante, inside a small brick tunnel surrounded by mossy rocks and greenery.

Ollie moved north from California to Washington for a very specific reason: his husky/shepherd mix, Dante. After transforming Dante—once an "untrainable" dog at the shelter—into a thriving, happy companion, Ollie realized his calling. Today, he’s dedicated to helping owners bridge the communication gap with their dogs, proving that with the right methods, every dog can reach their full potential.

Certified Expertise

A 2015 graduate of the Animal Behavior College in Santa Clarita, Ollie specializes in foundational obedience and complex behavioral modification.

A Heart for Rescue

During his time with the Fresno Humane Society, Ollie worked with over 300 dogs, providing the essential training needed to help them find their forever homes.

He currently volunteers as a trainer for the Humane Society for Tacoma & Pierce County.

Proven Results

Ollie has partnered with over 150 private clients, helping owners and their "good dogs" build lifelong bonds through positive reinforcement.

My Mission, Grown From Love

Ollie-Oop Mobile Dog Training was started in honor of Dante, my faithful Husky-mix companion of almost 15 years. When I met him, Dante was labeled a "demon dog" at a kill shelter due to his destructive tendencies and tendency to run away. But when I looked at him, I knew he had potential. Through consistent, positive training and truly understanding his needs, that “demon dog” my perfectly behaved training companion. Even more than that, he became my best friend. He passed away just before his fifteenth birthday in May 2025, surrounded by everyone who loved him.

Dante's transformative experience is the foundation of every plan I build.

Environment-Based Training

As a mobile service, I bring the training right to you. I focus on understanding the context around your dog’s behavior and tailoring my program to your unique situation. This ensures that you will be able to help your dog behave appropriately in potentially stressful situations. I don't want to just train your dog to follow commands, I want to coach you to become your dog's advocate and most trusted leader.
